...stuff without it affecting your FAP? Does wildblue sattelite internet have a time at night you can download stuff without it affecting your FAP?

I do not care about the gaming part, i just want to use it for getting game content, NOT FOR GAMING, I KNOW IT IS TO SLOW. i just need to know if i can get an account, and download game content. If so, how do i do it?

Is there a way to tell when my bandwidth allotment for the month will reset? I couldnt find anything obvious on the website.
