well, assuming the head gasket isn't bad, change the oil filter to a brand OTHER than fram. fram is bad.
Use Purolator, Wix, Bosch, AC Delco, Napa..
if this doesn't help, and the oil level is full, the oil guage sensor could be bad, setting off the light. If this isn't it.. then at worst...
