    wtd for preparation before a race (sprinting)?

    I am new at track this year and am getting used to racing. Ive only raced once for track, a 100 meter dash. This weekend I am in a 4x200 relay and am anchor for my team. I need to know how to get rid of the nervousness I get at the beginning of my race. I have done loads of cross country racing...
