    Chat on my Turtle Beach Ear Force XLC are really quiet?

    When playing a game on my turtle beach ear force xlc, I can hear the game just fine, but the chat voices are really low and quiet. How can I go about fixing this?

    New Turtle Beach XLC Headset for Xbox 360? I cant hear xbox live chat?

    I seem to be able to talk, hear tv sound thru my headset, but cant hear xbox live chat? Do i have to press a switch or something?
