    Just do a Real paoched egg. It takes about the same amount of time and will taste Oh so much better.

    I still haven't figured out if the outer layer of the yolk in a boiled egg turns green because it's been over boiled or because its not fresh.

    I cracked open the egg and poured it in the bowl. The yolk came out runny instead of plopping out whole. Does this mean an egg is bad? It's within expiration date though.
