10-15 pounds by may 15th?

want to loose about 10-15 pounds by may 15th (my goal date) . right now, i have horrible eating habbits . ieat out about , 5 times a week (yes, its that bad) im 5'3 and 135 pounds right now . i need a routine (exercies & eating) to help me shed off the weight . i go to the gym everynight and do the elliptical for 2 miles or 30 min (whichever comes first) and thats about it. i have a serious case of "love handles" ugh . im disgusted by my body. help anyone ?
i meant to say i go to the gym 4 days out the week mon-thursday . sorry
