Im a male at 126 right now but going to get down to about 120 by next week, i used to weigh about 170 when I bulked up and gained alot of muscle and fat about 3 months ago. Now I'm pretty much all muscle, I can do over 80 pushups as well, and stronger than pretty much everyone my age even weighting over 50 lbs than me (that aren't fat). I just noticed that most people my height so the normal is about 150 lbs, but since alot of that weight would be fat, I see no reason to get there just because it's "normal". I see the amount of lean muscle mass as far more important. Is this ok?
