Skidoo runs great when the engine is cold. I just replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs/wires, cleaned out tank, and fuel lines are new.
When it heats up it still has power, but throttle response is very slow, and it bogs down in deeper snow. As it is an air-cooled/fan cooled engine, (with a [i believe] single Tillotson carb), could this be vapour lock?.
Also, a friend suggested I should lubricate the chain case (the chain that transfers power to the track I guess)... What oil do I use for this and how wouId I go about it?
Additional Details
I had this problem before I changed the fuel pump. The new fuel pump helped power immensely.
