1986 Saab 900 Engine (Rebuild or Replace with Another One)?

I blew the heads on my Saab. An engine from the junk yard runs about $700.00, but I found one on line for $199.00 and $150.00, to ship. It will cost about $600.00 to have it installed. Should I repair this car or would it better to buy another one like it that's already runing?

Well... I have a 1991 saab 900 2 door turbo. And I just love it. When I got it, it was like a grandma car. It has always been garaged. If anything were to go wrong with It I would so fix it. Awesome car. Mine ha 78,560 miles on it for a 1991. So yea I would fix the engine!

Sounds cheaper.But watch out if its Ebay.To rebuild right the head and block deck should be surfaced.
