engine would shudder and turn ? over very slow. When I remove spark plugs they are very wet with gasoline. Now the car will not start. It continues to get a spark, but will not fire up. Could it be the fuel pressure regulator? Cold start valve? How would I know if the car jumped time.?

Any similar problems and solutions. Thanks
