i recently discovered a 1989 ramcharger 5.2 engine with no 4x4. it has a very solid body with no rust but the paint is very faded, the radio and all speakers have been removed and headliner is falling a little bit. the car runs good with 90940 miles, the a/c works and the tires are newer. the dealer wants 1500 plus tax, title etc. i was thinkin of offering 1000...does that seem unreasonable? what would be a resonable offer to him? kelly blue book lists it as 1200 in fair condition.
