I have a 1989 Ford Taurus GL with power door locks. The rear power door locks ones dont work but the Taurus in the shop has power door locks and I was going to take them and use them in my car. And just for the record, there is already power going to the rear doors for the actuators, just the physical actuators don't work in my car. The Taurus in the shop has remote keyless entry. I wanted to put that on my car but I didn't know if it would work or not. I also don't know if it would have to be programed to my car. Does it have to be programed to my car and how much trouble am I going to be putting my self into? If it has to be programmed, is it something that I have to go to a dealership to have done? And another question is how would I connect the remote keyless entry to the lights so they would flash when I unlock and lock it, or is that something that isn't possible?
