1991 Lexus LS400 Strut conversion question?

I need to replace all the struts on my 1991 Lexus LS400, the air system does not work anymore and the car is riding really low.

I just want to replace it with the manual ones for now, and ignore the air system since they seem to cost a lot, even for a rebuild.

Which one is the best to buy? Or should I fork over the money and get the air ones replaced?
