1995 ford escort engine problem?

we just bought new wheels for it and started to drive it again. Now when you floor board it up a hill it goes about 20 and idles. When you are stopped it is very bumping....and shakey

Please help us! What is the problem?
we put fuel injecter cleaner in the oil? i think and it has half a tank of gas

By putting fuel injector cleaner in the oil, you emulsified all your oil and destroyed your engine.

Why on earth would you do something like that pray tell?

You should only put that in the fuel, if anywhere at all.
