ok heres the deal. i have a 1995 saturn sl1. lately the car has a mind of its own. when i try to start the car it wont turn over or do nothing at all. i have change the starter maybe a three months ago and i have but a new battery in the car. it seems like when i turn the key to crank it the car up countless of times it would start up. now after i get to crank up an drive it mostly at night. something crazy happens. when i cut the heat or air on the hvac doesnt blow at all, the radio will cut off, and the dash light will cut off and then cut back on with exception that there is no air blowing from the vents. could any please help me with this problem. thanks. oh yeah the car has 190000 miles on it.
