1995 Taurus GL down on power?

I have a 1995 Ford Taurus GL with the 3.0L V6 Vulcan engine. I've noticed that it's way down on power, to the point where I can't chirp the tires, while going UP hill. the car has 72,222 miles exactly, all original. I've had a 1998 Lumina with the 3.1L V6 3100 engine and I could burnout easily. Is this usual for the Vulcan engine and if not, what can I do?
 
check your plugs and wires...if necessary put a tester on schrader valve.... and stop being so stupid.. a stock engine is not meant for performance if you want performance replace your engine with an aftermarket engine
