1996 ford thunderbird help?

my brake pedal hits the floor when i push on them. there is no stopping power. i think it might be the brake booster. it has abs, 4.6l v8 sport suspension. is there something else that can be causing this? all the help i can get is appreciated.
no leak. already looked. the pedal goes to the floor everytime. there is no pressure in the brake lines what so ever. but no leak. the pedal does not drop instantly. it goes slowly but to the floor
 
Your first step should be to check the Master Cylinder for fluid level. It is located on the fire wall, and will have one or two screw off caps to see the level. If it is low, you must then examine the reason for the fluid loss. Look first at the inside surface of the wheels under the car. If you see an oily residue on the inside of the tires, then the wheel cylinder for that wheel is leaking fluid. If those are ok, you should next check to see if one of the brake lines has a leak. If any fault is found in the system that carries the brake fluid, the entire system must be bleed to remove the air from the system. If you are unfamiliar with any of the above procedures, it is suggested you have a repair professional do the repair.
 
all the way to the floor when you push the pedal....everytime? then a broken line or leak somewhere. If to the floor slowly, and release and press again brings pedal up.....then bad master cylinder.
