1998 audi a4 passenger power door lock problem?

just got an audi a4 1998, 2.8l, v6. 60k miles. everything is fine but 2 electrical problems.

1) The passenger door will not unlock from the remote unlock button or from the key. But, it does unlock manually from within the car(pulling the door handle from the inside), but even then you can't open the door from the inside. it will only open from the outside wen it is unlocked from the inside. i know its weird.. the locks and everything work fine for every other door. oh and forgot to mention that the master door unlock on the driver's side doesn't unlock the passenger door either.

2) the sunroof will open but not close. i can close it manually though.

if i go to a dealer how much will it cost? if i go to a local foreign car mechanic how much will it cost? please give me estimates and not "check around and see" comments. i want to know right away if the mechanic is milking me for money or being straightforward cus i will ask around eventually.
for example if its 300 dollars to repair, and i go to a mechanic and he quotes me at 500...then im for sure never going there again.

please help !!!!

You either have a bad door lock motor or one of the rods has came off of the lock,sounds more like a bad door lock motor to me ,for as the sun roof it could be a bad switch are a wire has came a loose ,could even have a bad gear (sprocket) on the motor that works the sun roof up & down. I thank your looking at about $300-$400 bucks to have both of them fixed.
