1998 Cadilac battery dies overnight?

I have a 1998 Caddy. I have to jump it in the mornings and it and after it sits over night it has to b jumped again the next morning. for some reason it wont hold charge. battery cables are fine, changed battery, abs light on/traction control light, speed limit 90 light stuck on. any ideas on what could b draining the battery dead?
 
You could have something drawing power like the power seats or a light or it could be a bad ground wire from the motor to the body. Not the one on the battery ! When this wire gets bad it makes the alternator have a hard time charging the battery and will also make lights come on for no reason on the dash. If you take the car to Advance Auto Parts they can do a complete charging system test for free and let you know if there is any other kind of issue. Hope I have been helpful.
 
The lights that are on all the time don't concern you? I'd suggest that you have someone look into that.
