1999 toyota celica convertible for $6995?

Im looking at this car and it fits me well, i have fun driving it, and its very sexy, but it has a bad wheel bearing and is missing the convertible top cover for when it is down. Any thoughts on the car or the price of the car?
 
I think it's a bit pricey for a 10 year old car, but convertibles are more valuable. If that's all that is wrong with the car is a bad wheel bearing and missing convertible boot, I would say buy it. However your not getting a deal at $6995 try a low-ball offer of $5500 and see what happens. The dealer will probably counter offer a higher amount of around $6200-$6500 and that does not include taxes, title or registration costs. If you buy this car check ebay or Car-part.com for a convertible boot or cover.
