2.5 gallon tank and alot of fish. but all are really small! Help.?

Ok I have feeder fish for my oscars (Huge oscar tank) So those go in and out really quick. I have a betta, neon tetra, and a little itsy bitsy catfish that are always in there. I also have a female betta to go with my male and I want to breed them. she has a little catfish in her bowl too. but the catfish and female are in a different bowl(Please gimme some good breeding websites) and in my 2.5 I've never had any fish die EVER. and theres always been that many in there. But I spoil my fish :) SO please help me with the breeding and with the fish in the tank (Serious none have ever died in there)
