2 samsung moment questions...please help!?

Hi I just bought a samsung moment a couple of days ago and I added some ringtones and the two saved under my sounds and display. I read don't do it this way because it gets saved internally and u can't delete it and it takes up memory but have a mp3 edited on ringdroid (app) and astro (haven't used it yet). So I went to amazon mp3 store on my phone n downloaded it and edited it in ringdroid. I checked it...its in astro but also saved under my sounds and settings again....how do I delete it? Do have to get mp3 ringtones from the computer so it won't save under sounds and display? And last how do you save picturemail? Please help! Thanks!
