2000 Audi A6 2.7T Quattro Transaxle Leaking. What could be causing it to leak?

I have about 95k miles on this car and I am noticing something leaking from the front center area. It seems like its the transaxle fluid.

Any ideas what could cause it to leak? And what parts/labor should cost to fix that?

I do not notice anything wrong when driving... It is automatic.
