it starts and runs fine for about five minutes, then it starts to lose oil pressure and sputters and dies. i replaced the motor roughly 30,000 miles ago. i checked the oil and there is a little bit of milky buildup in the cap. i changed the oil and could not see any signs of water or coolant in the used oil. i also can not see signs of it burning the coolant. i spent almost 6 grand on the new motor and the jeep is not even worth that so i hesitate to do that again. it is the 4.7 V8 if it helps
i change the oil every 3000 miles and have gone through 4 radiators also. i am hoping it is the PCV valve as well, but would that make it completely stop running?
and yes the check engine light turned on the same day i started having this problem
