2001 Pontiac Sunfire DRL Relay Flickering?

Recently while driving down the road, my DRL (Daytime Running Lights) began to flicker and then shut off. Since then, everytime I start the car and put it into gear, the DRL flicker and shut off. The clicking noise they made when they flickered turned out to be the DRL relay that is in the fuse box on the side of the dash. I replaced it but it still flickers.

What else could be the problem?
