[QUOTE="BillionDollarBoy, post: 2162503, member: 765702"] So, we bought this 2002 cavalier .. . . cause we are on a budget and it's really all we can afford. The car is fine, just one thing that is very annoying . . . and can cause us to get a ticket: The drivers side rear blinker goes out all the time and stops working. Here is all the info I can give you: 1) Only the drivers side rear blinker goes out, all others remain working. 2) If we jiggle the wire or play with it a bit, it will work again, but only for a few hours or days. Then it goes out again. 3) It looks like the wires are fine, no kinks or splicing . . . the connections seem ok too, but can't really tell honestly. 4) it's not the bulb! 5) Thought maybe it was grounded wrong . . . we used electrical tape to secure all the wiring .. that worked for about 2 weeks . then poof . .the problem returned. Took it back to the place we bought it 3 times. Each time, they said they fixed it . .but a few hours later it stops again. Finally, please offer some insight . . . I don't need to be told that the place we bought the car is a bunch of shmucks. We know that already . . . . . but now we are faced with the problem and we need to find an inexpensive solution.
