2002 dodge ram craziness!?

Bought this dodge almost a year ago. I think it's been wrecked and had a 3.7 v6 engine installed when it used to have a v8. It's really lacking power what can I do to improve horse power.

Not much. You could put in some speed stuff, but then your torque would go down and you might break or wear out that V-6 too soon. If possible, see about getting another motor. If you can sell the V-6, your out-of-pocket might not be too bad. But make sure you don't run into smog-control issues when you change motors. Good luck!!

Buy a Ford

Sell it and buy something with more power. If it's been wrecked you don't want it for a very long time, soo much could suddenly go wrong on a vehicle that has been wrecked.

sell it, some one put that engine in just to get rid of it. very seldom see a v6 or v8 option for a truck of that size
