I have a 2002 F-250 Super Cab 4x4 Diesel w/ auto. This weekend I went to start it up and the instrument cluster did not light up and the gauges did not move. It would start, but the throttle did not work. All it does is idle. I spoke to a mechanic that said the problem with the throttle was most likely the electrical box right about the accelerator. Could the two problems be linked or is it coincidence are the two are unrelated? If so what could have caused the instrument cluster problem?
