stabilizer links but the noise as bad? We recently bought this vehicle and the dealer said it was a bad stabilizer link and when I removed the right side it was bad. When finished I test drove the vehicle the noise was as bad. When you it a bump it makes a loud knocking noise, you do not feel it in the steering wheel. Where else should I look. I visually inspected and did not find any other worn parts.Could it be a strut, ball joint, (the outer tie rods appear to be fine but not positive), or the inner tie rods or steering gear. Any help would be appreciated.
