2003 Mazda Protege LX and Squealing ?

I have a low mile 2003 Mazda Protege LX, Automatic, I had both belts replaced back in sept. and have had them tightened several times. My issue is it still squeals when it cold, it will squeal when I start it up in the morning if I turn the heater on. If I let it warm up it with out defrost on it wont squeal, once i start to drive I have to turn the heater off till i get to the freeway then i can turn it back on. Once my speed slows I have to turn the heater back off so the car wont squeal!
Any ideas?
 
My idea would be to go back to the shop and explain nicely what's going on. Maybe they need to change brands of belts, they should at least do that for customer satisfaction.
