2005 Sorento or 2004 Jeep Cherokee?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone who has owned either of these vehicles or know a lot about either of these could give me some advice, I have a choice between a charcoal 2005 Sorento with about 75,000 miles on it and a Black 2004 Grand Cherokee witha bout 80,000. Which is the better buy? im also taking into consideration the fuel efficiency of these.
