2007 audi a6 mmi bluetooth.?

I have just purchased a 2007 audi a6 and it does not have a gsm phone prep in armrest.I am wondering can I fit a second hand mmi with bluetooth and fit the shark fin antenna?Would this give me bluetooth or do I have to change something else?
Where would I get these parts?
