2up tips for a new pillion?

My boyfriend rides a ducati monster and has been asking me to ride with him, but I don't want to look completely stupid because I have never ridden before and I want to make the first ride as easy as possible for the both of us. Does anybody have any tips on how to be a good passenger? Such as how should I position myself on the back of the bike, where do I place my hands to hold on, do I move my body in line with him as he leans and makes turns? Total newbie here so any help from both riders and passengers would be super appreciated.
