"421 there are too many connections from your internet address"?

I was trying to download the final fantasy 7 game and it was going well at first, but later on it stopped midway, and when I tried to download it again it said "421 there are too many connections from your internet address" which was really annoying so i would appreciate some help...thnx...
 
you are probably using a download manager....and it makes several connections to the serve r taht ur downlloading from...for downloading what u want...lots of websites dont support too many connections to be made from one computer so if u had started downloading the game and it made 8 connections to the sever (which also happens to be what the limit for taht server was per computer) to downaload it an d then in mid way go disconnected from internet and then trie d toresume it the server is probably thinking that u already have 8 connections to server an d it woud not let u make more so u get the error saying too many connections.....

solution is simply to wait a while an download later
