Alright i added in a new CPU,Graphics card and PSU

When i set everything up i had missed 1 cable opened the computer and i seen that the 4PIN CPU connector was unplugged, stupid me with the computer ON! i plugged it in and now i the computer wont turn on and by turn on i mean the system will not start unless the 4PIN CPU connector is disconnected, If it is disconnected i cannot reach my BIOS or anything.
So my problem and if any solution: When i disconnect the 4pin CPU power connector the computer powers on but will not display image and is useless because only the PSU and CPU fan/heatsink is running. If i do plug it in, I cannot turn on the computer at all.
