I am 6 feet 1 inch tall and weigh 95kg. I am healthy w/o any health problems. I am a vegetarian. My waist line is 39 inches!! Yes, I have belly, otherwise I am medium built. Not fat or very slim. I can work out moederately.I am really concerned whether I am obese and whether need to start working out to reduce belly and shed weight? what work out is suitable to reduce belly? what is my ideal weight?
