has always been a big dog but very healthy hes a lil older now so not very active anymore but he keeps gettin hot spots and now he gags almost like he has hairballs in his throat hes not my dog but ive know him his entire life and its like seein family sick and i cant help him i know every body is going to say take him to the vet finances are few is there anything that could be done in home
