I am going to call his dr before you even say anything about that but my 8 yr old son has been complaining of headaches and "heaviness" in his head for the past few weeks, once he even told me he was dizzy. He has no other symptoms and acts completely normal. It normally happens at night before bed. Anyone had their kids tell you something like this? Since he was a baby he has had a head that was not completely round, one side sticks out more then the other (they thought it was from how he was laid in the hospital, always on one side) and ped has been feeling his skull and watching it since he was born. Could this have anything to do with it?
By the way, my son wears glasses already, he had an eye appointment and got new glasses in March

It may, but another thing you may want to do is have his eyes checked. A lot of kids start experiencing headaches if they need glasses, especially at the end of the day because at that point their eyes are very tired.

Taking him to a doctor is a good idea, they can probably give you better answers than anyone on here can.

Maybe the deformation of his head might have caused this, but if the head deformation took place when he was born...it's a safe guess that be should have gotten these headaches years back. Again, my opinion, feel free to correct. Also, if your child is experincng these problems constantly, you should tell doctor to try something. If whatever the doc says don't work; take to a hospital. You never know, a minor headache may become a mental issue within his brain that can lead to disablities. I'm not insulting you in anyway; I just want to warn only. Hopefully I helped a littlebit, take care. ~Ray
