it had a little girl in it and, as best as I can remember, she had gotten into her mother's makeup and has it all over her face. Her mom catches her/finds out and says "oh Evie". Unfortunately I can't recall what it was advertising (tissues? Paper towels? Baby wipes? Make up?) but my mom and I would both love to see it again. (I was 3 or 4 at the time i think (I was born in '91) and I used to mimic Evie and my mom always said the mother's aforementioned line.) If anyone could help me with this i'd be eternally greatful.
