94 corolla steering wheel, Can it be adjusted?

I have a 94' Corolla I guess its the lowest model...
Well I want to adjust the steering wheel lower, but It doesn't have the bar where you can adjust it..
Is there another way to adjust or there is no way to adjust the steering wheel?
