Why is it that every time i go over a bump my ac/heater will shut off and stop working and then come back on again once i hit another bump? Also my windshield wiper relay will work and stop halfway through its cycle until i go to either the low speed or high speed selection. Some say its the relay switch and others say it mite be the motor. Any comments or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance
