Hello, My 96 Grand Caravan won't shift properly. every time when I first start my engine, I put the transmission on drive, as soon as it start moving it makes a hard shift and then it goes into safe mode? it only works in a single gear(speed?) I check for codes with my little scanner ant it shows a code that says GEAR 1 RATIO INCORRECT. Can some one help me? Thank You.
