97 Chevy Blazer Won't go above 40 and dies at stop signs & lights.?

97 Blazer dies at stop light when foot is taken off of gas, oil pressure gauge goes into red, and engine stalls unless I give it a little gas. Also with that is a loud metallic rattle. Also veh will not go above 40.
In regards to first answer, question is exactly what the question says?
 
sounds like fuel system problems. engine doesnt seem to be getting enough fuel, mabey filter is clogged or pump is bad. pump could be about to fall off explaining the metallic rattle, lol
