Possible, but unlikely. Code 12 on any Chrysler or Jeep vehicle simply indicates the battery has been disconnected. Most of the time this code is induced when someone has disconnected the battery as a means to clear trouble codes. This code will clear itself after several successful starts Code 24 indicates the Throttle Position Sensor voltage was either above or below the acceptable limit. I wouldn't put a lot of thought into this code because sometimes this code is set when the vehicle is running poorly and the driver keeps his foot into the throttle to keep the vehicle running. There may indeed be a problem with the TPS, but I don't think this is causing the rough running you are describing. My first suspicion is you must have got something in the ignition system wet when using the pressure washer. I would try to remove each ignition wire at each end and giving it a shot of WD40. I would then remove the ignition cap and make certain it is completely dry underneath. Do NOT use WD40 under the cap to help it dry. A little compressed air should do the trick.
