97' Pontiac Bonneville (please Help)>?

I just bought an 97' pontiac bonneville, it won't start i took it to an shop and they said it was the fuel pump but i has someone Else look at it and they said it is not the fuel pump BECAUSE the engine is getting gas so i replaces the spark plugs new BATTERY and COL packs what Else could it be?
