99 saturn with a werid light on?

I have a 99 saturn and these 2 lights are on, one looks like a key thermometer and the other is a little box with an arrow pointing down. I think i may need water but i am not sure im not a car expert any ideas???
I dont have a clove compartment it was stolen

my first guess would be some sort of fluid is low( in my car it means that coolant is low)

just oven your glove compartment and look at the owner's manual. flip to the back and look up "lights" and look it up
