A dream where I get startled and wake up?

This doesn't happen often but I get dreams where I accidentally trip and wake up startled before I fall. What does this mean? Does this happen to everyone else too?

This could mean that this is a warning, in which you have to becareful of where your going. You have to watch out in where your walking, in where your looking, and where your at. Although these kinds of dreams never happen to me, I suggest that you should keep your heads up for a while.
