I have a friend who is soon to be leaving for a long period, so I was hoping to buy them a parting gift. She likes to throw around words like 'energy' and is interested generally in spirituality and meditation. Personally I think it's all nonsense, but hey, it ain't about me

What manner of gift do you think such a person would appreciate? If at all possible I'd like to avoid something that they probably already have, or if not at least something that it would be useful to have more than one of!
