A lump in my throat after i went to the DENTIST...?

i went to the dentist and he had to give me 3 shots to get completly numb...when i left i felt like i had a lump in the left side of my throat and i do and it makes it kinda hard to swallow and its noticeable when i look at it.. :(

what is it? D: and how can i make it go away? :(
