are no good? The dogs in particular are called "Judges Choice". They are Bichon Frises. So now, when looking for a good show Bichon, I noticed a lot of them have Judges Choice dogs in their pedigree. Now that I found out the dogs were grossly neglected, could this mean that the line is really bad and that one should stay away from Judges Choice dogs?

Almost unbelievably, the woman charged was an AKC judge and yet she is charged with animal abuse/neglect. Awful news story.
